Karen is a Client Relationship Manager with over 20 years recruitment experience across contingent, retained, and executive search, including 7 years with the Odgers Berndtson Group in Senior Researcher, Associate and Client Development roles. Her experience includes working on emerging talent and board level assignments across Consumer, Digital, Retail, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure. Prior to joining HW People Karen was responsible for business development and process improvement at a founder-led executive search business, working closely with marketing to raise brand awareness and establish ‘The Growth Index’.
A hands-on single Mum of two teenage daughters, she is chief fixer, gardener, spider catcher and dog walker, lover of pets, the outdoors, and a nice glass of wine.
