Ele is an experienced Head of People Operations with an academic background in Law. She is experienced in hiring for a variety of roles, while building people functions from scratch. These functions cover the responsibility for HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment/People Operations, Retention, Culture, D&I, Learning and Development and Process/Policy implementation.
Previously heading up People Operations with Zebra, her role was extended to cover this function for the HW Group, looking after the four brands: HW Global, HW People, Osmii and Zebra People.
